The International Weeks are an integral part of EADA’s International master programmes. During the International Weeks, Master participants take part in two weeks of electives shortly before Easter, providing the opportunity to study with, and get to know, participants from the other Master programmes. As part of our commitment to PRME (the Principles of Responsible Management Education), EADA has always included CSR topics on our Master programmes, but this year one of the two International Weeks was dedicated solely to sustainability and responsible management.
During the week, 240 Master participants were able to choose one of 12 subjects delivered by visiting professors from 11 different countries. While there was a wide range of electives, all the subjects had responsible management at their core. Electives included Managing Oneself and Leading Others in a Responsible Way; Guerrilla Ethics and Corporate Statesmanship; Social Enterprise Business Model Design; Sustainability, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The participant evaluations were extremely positive for all the courses and EADA fully intends to repeat the experience next year
