What inspires today’s next-generation leaders?

Technology + globalisation have provided next-generation leaders with the opportunity to make a global impact with just their mobile phones. For those who have big dreams and vision, it is a great environment in which to get creative and spread your view of the world directly to the public.

What is the biggest take away for you as an alumni coming back to EADA?

For me personally, the biggest take away is the continued confirmation that we are constantly growing as professionals and as human beings. I am here to share my experience and learn from the new generation of leaders that will join the workplace.

How would you describe personal branding?

Personal branding is about connecting to the authentic version of yourself, and putting that self at the service of others, so that you make a positive impact in your eco-systems.

If you could give just once piece of advice about personal branding, what would it be?

Do not compromise who you are or your beliefs just to fit in.

How would you define personal and professional success?

Going to bed every night feeling at peace with myself, knowing that I have done my best to make a positive difference.
