During the month of July, EADA and SAP take their collaboration a step further by providing current participants with the opportunity to display their skills on real company projects. This collaboration contributes to the mission of the School to offer participants with learning opportunities that recreate real life business situations and offers SAP, a Talent Partner of EADA, the possibility identify talent and see them in action while receiving creative solutions to their challenges.
EADA participants have been able to choose from 2 real and live projects from SAP -a market leader in business management software and solutions. SAP and EADA have agreed to work in two areas that are at the heart of SAP’s approach to their business and clearly aligned with EADA’s belief in sustainable business development:
Business Development Challenge: Working with SAP’s Commercial Sales Area to develop specific market opportunities to harness digitalization for improved and more sustainable business performance.
Promoting Sustainability Challenge: Working with SAP’s internal sustainability network to imagine, promote and carry out sustainability initiatives within the company.
“Both teams will see how a leading brand in the industry is helping companies and institutions transform their activities powered by digital technology and services”, says Antony Poole, director of the International Master in Marketing and tutor of all the participating teams.
“In the case of sustainability, participants will see the very specific challenges that digital transformation creates in this regard and what a leading company is doing and can do to manage the effects of increasing digitalization” Poole continues.
Four EADA teams composed of participants of our Master in Finance, Master in Management, Master in Marketing and
Master in Sustainable Business and Innovation have taken up the challenge to come up with creative and viable solutions to SAP’s projects by the end of the month.
Creating these high performing diverse teams, provides yet another opportunity to our students to strengthen the soft-skills developed during their year at EADA. The teams receive permanent tutoring from EADA and also keep close contact with the SAP Executives throughout the process to ensure that the objectives are met and fully adapt to SAP’s needs.

The contact between SAP teams and EADA participants will also allow SAP to identify talent for future opportunities and will help EADA participants discover new and emerging career opportunities that they may not have considered.

The SAP Challenges are part of the Extended Programme initiative, a series of extracurricular modules and projects that complement learnings from the year on specific topics and provide EADA participants with the opportunity to engage with companies as they approach the end of the academic year and enter the job market.
