Yuhui Zhang is a student from China, recently graduated from The Master in Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Management here in EADA. She is an excellent student with wide experience in the sector and with a lot of potential to contribute to the programme. We had a quick interview with her to know more about what she has been doing after graduation.
Why did you choose to take the Master in Pharma & Biotech at EADA?
After working in healthcare communication for more than four years in Shanghai, I really liked this promising and meaningful industry. Then I found EADA has this program focusing on Pharma & Biotech management and thought it would help me to better achieve a career transition and go further in this field.
What aspects of the programme would you highlight?
The three trimester intensive learning setup, Collbató Residential Training Campusexperience,the faculty and the support, the opportunity of final project working with healthcare related companies in solving real business cases.
What do you think of the methodology in class and the professors?
I like the case teaching method. Unlike the traditional lecture format, it is very interactive and really helps to train us to think like an entrepreneur. Besides, professors are all from the industry with a lot of professional experience.
We saw on your Linkedin Profile that you are working in Alira Health, what is your current position there? And how did you get the job?
My current position at Alira Healt is Global market access analyst. I found this job through a referral by master’s classmate.
How did your Master in Pharma & Biotech experience prepare you for this position?
It provided me with basics of the industry and helped me to know many professionals (the professors are all experts from the industry).
What advice would you give to students interested in The Master in Pharma & Biotech Management?
For future students I would advice to network with Alumni since the begining.
