EADA recently launched the Corporate Scholarships for Talent in collaboration with our corporate partners to support outstanding candidates in their business education. The Programme is designed to provide professional opportunities for International Masters candidates that may not otherwise have access to EADA’s top-ranked programmes.
We interviewed Melissa Handley, International Alumni Relations & Careers Director at EADA, to learn more about this unique opportunity for growth.
The Corporate Scholarship programme is an exceptional opportunity for talented candidates to receive not only financial support for their Masters from one of EADA’s loyal Corporate Partners but also to have the chance of a professional opportunity within the partner organisation during or upon completion of their studies. It offers two-folded support in terms of both education and getting off to a good footing in terms of career opportunities.
The application process is very straightforward and involves sending a personal video and/or CV so that the Committee can get to know you a bit better. Specific information on available scholarships can be seen in the “Fees and Funding” section of each of our International Master programmes on the web page. If there are specific requirements for your application from the corporate partner, these are detailed on the landing page of the specific Scholarship.
Once candidates have passed EADA’s admissions process, the decision of the Scholarship award is made by a Committee comprised of the EADA team and the Corporate partner team.
The Scholarships are absolutely unique in the sense that they include a focus on talent from the corporate perspective. Our partners are very keen to not only back promising young talent in terms of tuition fees but also to have the possibility of including talented youngsters in their organisations. This is why we focus the scholarships to potentially include a professional opportunity linked to the Masters programme in question, whether this be an internship or a full-time role.
Current Scholarships this year are with SAP for Women, ABB for Women in STEM, the Inbenta Scholarship for Fintech and Business Analytics and Alira Health for promising talent in the Masters in Pharma and Biotech. In the latter case, Alira Health is sponsoring two internships with the potential for a full-time role pending a successful completion of the internship.
As previously stated, we are currently very happy to count on collaborations with SAP, ABB, Inbenta and Alira Health. Our plan is to increase the scholarship portfolio and include 3-4 additional Corporate Scholarships to continue supporting promising young talent in their education and professional journeys post EADA
