When I discovered that EADA Business School offered the chance to tailor my Master in International Management with double specialisations, I knew it was a fantastic opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
In today’s rapidly changing world, having the right skills to adapt to new environments is crucial. Business experts refer to this concept as the “T-shape theory”: the vertical bar of the T represents depth of skills and expertise in a single field, while the horizontal bar signifies the ability to collaborate across disciplines and apply knowledge in various areas.
EADA’s unique offering allows students to turn this theory into practical knowledge by choosing two out of four specialisation tracks:
Digital Business
Strategy & Consulting
Entrepreneurship
Business Analytics
Each track is led by renowned professors from prestigious universities worldwide and industry experts, including CEOs and entrepreneurs from leading companies.
Starting with the programme’s structure, I found it flexible and adaptable to various learning needs. This “Specialisation Journey” is divided into two phases. In the first part, beginning in May, each student can choose between Digital Business and Strategy & Consulting. After completing the initial course, the next set of options in June includes Entrepreneurship and Business Analytics.
Here’s what each track offers:
In today’s digital age, knowing how to leverage technology and related tools is essential. This is why I chose to begin my studies with the Digital Business track, aiming to explore a variety of tools and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology. The courses within this track are designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to drive digital transformation and create significant value for businesses, whether small or large. For me, this track felt like a journey. From day one, I was immersed in the mindset and thought processes of digital-native businesses, guided by professionals in the sector on how to bring my ideas from scratch to a real online presence.
